Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
    • Customized or personalized items are also not eligible for returns.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@myragee.com with your order details and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return confirmation and instructions for sending the item back.

  4. Return Shipping Charges:

    • We offer free return shipping. A pickup will be arranged from your location.
